Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Estimator to join our team.

This is a full-time remote position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Xactimate estimates for roof repairs and replacements.
  • Verify line items, quantities, and pricing against scopes of loss.
  • Update estimates after adjuster meetings and re-submissions as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Xactimate proficiency (estimate building, line items, sketching)
  • Familiarity with insurance claim processes and SOL documents
  • Comfortable using phone/video conferencing, CRM / claim tracking systems, and basic office tools (Excel, Outlook/Google Mail)
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication
  • Fast, organized, detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Responsive, proactive, and able to manage multiple claims concurrently
  • Calm under pressure and effective at de-escalation and negotiation
