Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Spot and Scrub Laundry Lounge.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to utilize their organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities in a fast-paced office environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Communication: Reporting directly to management and performing various secretarial duties as required.
- Document Management: Processing, typing, editing, formatting, and filing reports and documents with precision and accuracy.
- Data Entry and Database Management: Entering data accurately into databases and maintaining records up-to-date.
- Internal Liaison and Customer Service: Liaising with internal departments and communicating effectively with the public, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Scheduling and Organization: Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
- Office Administration: Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements as necessary.
- Event Planning: Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events if required.
- Education: Completion of a relevant course or degree in administration, business, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Competitive Salary: PHP 25,000 - 30,000 per month, depending on experience.
