Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support our team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates for open positions, working closely with departmental managers to understand their needs and requirements;
• Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility, ensuring compliance with local regulations;
• Develop and implement new hire orientation programs and recognize employee achievements through various initiatives;
• Respond to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex matters to senior staff members;
• Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, providing guidance and support as needed;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, reviewing policies and practices to ensure compliance;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality;

• An estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications;
