We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Accounting Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, including verifying accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with accounting transactions, and analyzing account activities of various departments within the organization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, at least 2 to 3 years of accounting working experience, experience with payroll systems and government agencies (SSS, PHIC & HDMF) preparation, prior experience working as an Accounting Staff or in a similar position within the Accounting Department, a professional certificate such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, outstanding understanding of accounting principles and practices, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, attention to detail for accuracy, strong analytical skills, exceptional mathematical skills, good critical reasoning abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage and handle multiple tasks, outstanding problem-solving skills, and good time management abilities.
