Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure all employee data is accurately recorded and maintained in the time-tracking system.
  • Monitor and analyze payroll reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement processes to improve payroll efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Process payroll bi-weekly, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Address any payroll-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a BPO or Shared Services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively as part of a team.
