Quality Assurance Specialist

Posted as a remote opportunity, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products.

The role involves crafting comprehensive test plans to guarantee rigorous testing, identifying and documenting reported issues, collaborating with customer service to resolve bugs swiftly, updating internal documentation consistently, reporting performance issues, and actively participating in company-led improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Craft thorough test plans to ensure rigorous testing of our software products.
  2. Identify, document, and replicate reported issues for effective resolution.
  3. Collaborate with customer support to promptly pinpoint bugs and enhance user experience.
  4. Consistently update internal documentation to reflect the latest updates and changes.
  5. Report performance issues and work towards enhancing overall user experience.
  6. Actively participate in company-led improvement programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any four-year course;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Familiar with using apps on mobile and web;
  • Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence.
  • Openness to learn and adapt to new software testing methodologies, including automation testing.
