Job Description

Navigating the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive tester with expertise in Salesforce CPQ and general Salesforce testing. You will lead system and functional testing, guide business users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and create clear playbooks for post-go-live use.

You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and end users to ensure a smooth rollout and adoption of Salesforce solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce CPQ and core Salesforce modules.
  • Validate configurations including product bundles, pricing rules, approval workflows, and quote templates.
  • Test custom objects, triggers, flows, validation rules, and Lightning components.
  • Design, document, and execute test cases and test scripts based on functional requirements and user stories.
  • Log, track, and retest defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to ensure timely resolution of defects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, including CPQ and core Salesforce modules.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and declarative configuration.
  • Proven experience writing and executing test cases, scripts, and defect reports.
  • Hands-on experience supporting UAT and working directly with business users.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into end-user documentation.
  • Familiarity with test management tools like Jira
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or CPQ Specialist.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Industry experience in SaaS is an advantage.
