As a Functional Tester, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on functional test planning and ensuring that the applications meet the required standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain functional test plans for applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications meet the required standards.
  • Identify and report defects in the applications and work with the development team to resolve them.
  • Ensure that the applications are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in functional test planning and apply innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in functional test planning.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Experience in identifying and reporting defects in the applications and working with the development team to resolve them.
  • Experience in delivering applications on time and within budget.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have 1 year of experience in functional test planning.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • This position is based at our Cebu office.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php30, Php60,000.00 per month
