We are seeking a skilled Client Matching Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and candidates to ensure high-quality placements.
This position is part of our recruitment operations and requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.
Your Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and evaluating top candidates from our existing talent pool to meet client needs
- Scheduling and conducting multiple interviews during your shift to finalize candidate recommendations
- Coordinating requests between candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations
- Creating detailed evaluation reports to help clients make informed hiring decisions
- Working towards monthly goals to ensure recommendations meet client standards and quality expectations
- Excellent English communication for client-facing interactions
- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours and manage multiple tasks
- Quick learning ability and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
