We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist to join our team at Lucky Fortune Manpower Services Corporation.

About the Role:
  • Develop and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records, using HR software and tools to streamline processes.
  • Prepare and analyze benefits reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and management, providing clear and concise information on benefits-related matters.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing errors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification, such as CEBS or GBA, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex benefits issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees and management.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
