Our company is seeking a seasoned Accounting Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, adhering to accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets.
  • Accounting Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns, while also overseeing tax planning and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within accounting, with a background in a large accounting firm preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Intacct, etc.).
