Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or other relevant courses
  • At least 3-4 years of demonstrated account management experience in the FMCG or e-commerce industry
  • Preferably with experience in managing online platforms or key account management in FMCG companies
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities
  • Familiarity with inventory management and e-commerce analytic tools
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities effectively
