
Virtual Operations Coordinator

The Remote Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth, positive client experience. This role is responsible for supporting client relationships, operational efficiency, and strategic execution by assisting with back-office operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and update CRM systems and other databases to ensure accurate donation records, contact information, and community data.
- Update websites with event details, registration links, calendars, and graphics.
- Assist with drafting and distributing weekly community emails or announcements to promote classes, events, or initiatives.
- Anticipate scheduled events and community needs by setting reminders, coordinating publishing timelines, and working with internal teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least one year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role. You should have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate both independently and as a team player.
- Experience with Salesforce (NPSP) is highly desirable.
- Basic spreadsheet/Excel formulas and navigation skills are required.
- Website management skills (e.g. SquareSpace, Ecwid, Wix) are beneficial.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to complete projects in a timely manner and adjust to changing circumstances.
