We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our operations and help drive business growth. As a key member of our global team, you will work closely with our leadership to manage schedules, calendars, and daily task lists.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client onboarding support, including collecting assets, documents, and notes
  • Maintain and update records in CRM, Airtable, Slack, and Notion
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, such as email management, scheduling, data entry, and research
  • Coordinate across global team members to ensure smooth communication
  • Assist with automation support, including tagging leads, updating workflows, and QA checks
  • Prepare reports and track KPIs across tools (training provided)
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Assistant
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong familiarity with productivity tools like Slack, Notion, and Google Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn automation tools
