Remote Accounting Specialists are needed to support clients with financial operations. We require individuals with strong accounting skills, proficiency in various accounting software and a proactive approach to managing financial records.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations and financial reporting. They will also prepare and process invoices, receipts and payment transactions using accounting software. Additionally, they will assist clients with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

">Requirements

We require candidates with proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant. They should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and be proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Xero, or similar). Strong Microsoft Excel skills and excellent organizational skills are also necessary.
