We are looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer to manage our online sales platforms and drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Management: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: The successful candidate will develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Content Creation: We need someone who can create compelling and high-quality content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Our candidate will monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • SEO and SEM: The right person will optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and ensure a strong online presence.
  • Email Marketing: Our ideal candidate will develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Social Media Management: We need someone who can manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics.
  • Customer Experience: The successful candidate will ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Market Research: Our candidate will conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management
