Amazon Brand Manager Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead client relationships, drive results, and make eCommerce smoother for everyone involved.

You will be responsible for overseeing Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth, tracking progress, leading communication, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Growth: Lead the onboarding process and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
  • Client Communication: Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to keep progress on track
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues through the Amazon Assist Desk and ongoing audits
  • SOPs: Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.) 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred)

Skills: Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver Fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or eager to learn Reliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressure
