Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for implementing restaurant and banquet promotions, establishing partnerships with complementing brands, and facilitating events and programs to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Implement projects, programs, and events with the PRM to promote banquet services.
  • Communication: Communicate in a timely manner all F&B marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Content Creation: Create content for postings according to guidelines and targets set.
  • Page Management: Manage page responses, reviews, and engagement.
  • Reporting: Generate monthly reports.
  • Partnerships: Create a database of third-party merchants and brands with potential partnership opportunities for events and promotions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish relationships with event organizers, producers, and suppliers for potential business and event collaboration.
  • Event Planning: Prepare pre and post-event P&L of all promotions, events, and activities.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitor promotions/offers.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation of all programs, promotions, and events.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in social media platforms.
  • Social media savvy and experienced in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to start immediately and willingness to work in Cebu.
