- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run engagement activities;

- Conduct regular meetings and huddles with team members to identify areas for improvement;
- Perform training needs analysis in collaboration with L&D and Client Experience Team;
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and manage client expectations;
- Support new task transitions and team member promotions;
- Monitor and mitigate factors contributing to client churn;
- Lead client performance reviews and escalation discussions;
- A graduate degree from any 4-year course or at least 2 years of college with a bachelor's degree and 2 years of working experience;
- Proven work experience as a supervisor or similar role;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
- Decision-making and time management skills;
- Confident negotiation skills;
