About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to provide first-level assistance in our contact center. You will help customers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various platforms, ensuring they receive timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations.
  • Elevate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
  • Stay up-to-date with products, services, and system updates to provide informed support.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles within a contact center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, browsers, and common software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency.

This is a full-time position that operates in a professional office setting. While performing job duties, employees will be largely sedentary and may need to sit or stand for extended periods while using computers and telephone headsets.
