Property Manager Role

We seek a highly skilled and organized professional to oversee daily property operations. This individual will manage tenant relations, lease agreements, rent collection, and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall performance of assigned properties, including financial management and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Handle tenant relations, including resolving disputes, handling move-ins/move-outs, and enforcing lease terms.
  • Ensure timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals while maintaining accurate records using property management software.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services, ensuring safety standards and building codes are met.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure lease compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking to optimize performance.
  • Market vacant properties on rental platforms and social media to attract new tenants.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property management, real estate, or leasing, with knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
  • Proficiency in property management software, such as Appfolio, and strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple properties efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a remote work opportunity that requires flexibility and self-motivation. The ideal candidate will have a customer service-oriented approach and be able to work effectively in a night shift schedule (EST) with weekly pay.
