
Property Portfolio Coordinator

This role entails managing various aspects of property maintenance, data entry, tenant liaison, and vendor coordination.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management:
- Support in property management tasks such as lease administration, rent collection, and eviction processes
- Maintain accurate property records, including lease agreements, maintenance records, and tenant information
- Coordinate property inspections and maintenance work orders
- Data Entry:
- Input and update property and tenant information into a property management software system
- Process rental payments and other financial transactions in an accounting system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in a project management tool
- Tenant Liaison:
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs, including conducting walkthroughs and processing security deposits
- Enforce lease terms and resolve tenant issues
- Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repair services, including scheduling appointments and approving invoices
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors
- Oversee vendor performance and resolve any issues
- Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with property management software preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
