Job Opportunity

This role involves the preparation and submission of tax obligations for a consolidated group and joint ventures.

  • Monthly Goods & Services Tax (GST) Business Activity Statements (BAS) / GST Returns are prepared and lodged using automated GST reports and ITX Edge tax software.
  • Payroll Tax Returns and annual Payroll Tax reconciliation are also prepared and lodged.
  • Regular calculations of Pay As You Go Tax Instalments are performed.
  • Tax accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis, including Income Tax Payable, WHT payable, and PRT payable.
  • Australian Tax Returns are prepared annually for the consolidated income tax group and joint ventures using CCH Integrator tax software.

This position requires an experienced professional with 5+ years of experience in taxation, a Commerce or Accounting degree, Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) certification, and strong computer skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
