About Us

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as an Accountant. As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of our client's music business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine accounting tasks including data entry and bank reconciliation
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis
  • Handle accounts payables and support tax compliance documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
  • Collaborate with internal accounting teams
Expertise:
  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process from invoicing to reconciliation
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain AR ledgers
  • Follow up with clients professionally on overdue invoices
  • Handle client queries regarding payments and terms
  • Implement effective collection strategies in line with compliance standards
  • Generate AR reports and suggest improvements to AR workflows
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong background in accounts receivable processes
  • Proficiency in Xero
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams
  • Strong English skills (verbal and written)
