Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can seamlessly operate across both high-level financial analysis and day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic insight with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and a proven track record in hands-on transactional bookkeeping. They will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close, maintaining and reconciling the general ledger, and performing hands-on transactional bookkeeping.

In addition, the FP&A expert will prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making, monitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to inform operational planning, and assist in developing financial models, dashboards, and tools to drive business insights.

This is a full-time and long-term role, dedicated exclusively to serving one of our clients. We are looking for individuals who are ready to fully commit their time and energy to one company and grow and develop along with that company.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst, with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks (non-negotiable).
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
