Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Finance Policy Specialist. This role is responsible for developing and ensuring adherence to clear finance policies and procedures, communicating changes to stakeholders, and providing advice on the interpretation and application of these policies.

This is a critical position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or finance, and at least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, project management, and process improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing clear finance policies and procedures;
  • Communicating changes to stakeholders through timely and clear written communications and updates to the WVI intranet site;
  • Providing advice on the interpretation and implementation of finance policies;
  • Supporting other CAFO departments in the development and review of policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, project management, and process improvement;
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to visualize complex information;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.
