We are a dedicated team of experts and innovators with experience supporting world-class companies in various industries.
We are currently looking for an Appointment Setter who will work with our clients in the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Makes outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
- Qualifies leads and effectively communicates our business offering.
- Sets up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
- Tracks outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Refines call scripts and shares feedback with the sales team.
- Handles rejection professionally and maintains consistent follow-up
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales
- Must have experience in B2B calling and appointment setting
- Capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs
- Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects
