Job Title

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, booking appointments for our sales team, maintaining CRM data, following up with prospects, and contributing new ideas for lead generation.

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and book appointments for the sales team
  • Source and categorize leads using tools like Google Maps, targeting main roads and industry types
  • Maintain and update the database, including follow-up reminders and contact details
  • Identify and qualify leads (hot, warm, cold)
  • Send relevant information to leads as required
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and track progress
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation efforts
  • Support email marketing campaigns by entering leads and tracking responses
