Job Title: Financial Operations SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled financial operations professional with expertise in accounting, finance, reporting, and executive support. The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, experience with NetSuite, and ability to handle executive assistant responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights.
  • NetSuite & Accounting Tasks: Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses accurately.
  • Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis and budgeting.
  • Bookkeeping & Payroll Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations efficiently.
  • Executive Assistant Duties: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to the leadership team.
  • Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits seamlessly.
  • Financial Strategy Support: Provide valuable insights to assist in making strategic financial decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for executive tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
