Job Title:

IT Resource Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule engineering calendars and tickets for a global support organization.
  • Coordinate IT resources to drive completion of tasks and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Coordinate scheduling of work with internal resources and client contacts.
  • Schedule internal and onsite technical resources in our ticketing system.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and assign IT to support requests.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of service personnel schedules and resource utilization.
  • Monitor service deadlines and communicate scheduling or service changes to clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and surveys.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • English language proficiency for professional communication.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A quiet environment with a professional background.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience in the MSP industry.
  • Knowledge of MSP tools and ticketing systems.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Experience as a dispatcher, resource, or service coordinator.
