We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Healthcare Scheduler to coordinate appointments, manage staff schedules, and ensure efficient patient and caregiver coverage. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in scheduling within the U.S. Homecare industry.

- Communicating with patients, families, and staff to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.">
- Ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and responding promptly to last-minute changes or call-offs.">
- Maintaining accurate records in scheduling software and updating calendars in real time.">
- Collaborating with HR and operations teams to align staffing with patient needs.">
- Monitoring compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and healthcare regulations.">
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.">
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in homecare scheduling, strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, terminology, and staffing models. Proficiency in scheduling software is also required.
