Job Description

At John Clements Japan Desk (PERSOL PHILIPPINES), we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the industrial products sector.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and market share.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a trading company handling industrial products.
  • Strong knowledge of Impex and its applications in the industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Japanese (N3 or N2 level).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
