Executive Culinary Leader

This is a key leadership role that requires strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. As Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality across both day and night menus. You will also be responsible for developing seasonal offerings, creating exciting specials, and upholding the high standards of our brand.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen. They will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with experience working in both café and dinner service concepts. A passion for seasonal, local ingredients and thoughtful plating is essential, as well as knowledge of costing, inventory management, and food safety standards.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to lead by example with professionalism, calm under pressure, and a solutions-first mindset. You will also be responsible for training, mentoring, and scheduling kitchen staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Lead and manage kitchen teams across both day and night menus
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Design and implement efficient food prep and cooking workflows
• Develop new dishes/menus, supplier sourcing, and costing
• Improve and innovate existing recipes that reflect seasonal ingredients
• Oversee food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Perform regular inventory and stock control; manage ordering and supplier relationships
• Monitor food costs and ensure profitability while maintaining quality
• Liaise closely with management and FOH teams to ensure cohesive service

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working in both café and dinner service concepts
• Passion for seasonal, local ingredients and thoughtful plating
• Knowledge of costing, inventory management, and food safety standards
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English (essential)
