Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled hotel operations leader to oversee the daily management of our luxury hotel.

• Maintain a high level of operational excellence across all departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and alignment with our brand standards.

• Act as the escalation point for complex guest issues, providing timely and effective resolution.

• Monitor and control operational budgets, payroll, and cost efficiencies to ensure financial stability and growth.

• Support revenue-generating departments in hitting sales targets and upsell goals, working closely with the finance, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies.

• Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, forecasts, and action plans for ownership or executive management.

• Lead emergency procedures and crisis response readiness, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, legal, and brand requirements.

• Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and succession planning to foster a respectful, professional, and supportive workplace culture.

• Support hiring, training, and professional development programs to maintain high service standards.

• Maintain a guest-centric culture throughout the property, engaging with VIPs, long-staying guests, and important events to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 5–7 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, preferably in a luxury or boutique hotel setting.

• Proven ability to manage diverse teams, resolve challenges, and maintain operational discipline.

• Strong financial and business analysis skills, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Familiarity with guest satisfaction tools, and operational reporting.
