Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is 1,200,000 PHP, offering a competitive package that reflects the skills and experience required for the position.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Professional to participate in the Risk-based Annual Audit plan preparation and audit engagement planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and internal auditing processes, with a focus on identifying areas of significant risks and evaluating the adequacy of controls designed to manage those risks.

The Senior Compliance Professional will be responsible for:

  • Participating in the Risk-based Annual Audit plan preparation for approval by the Audit Supervisor and Audit Committee;
  • Contributing to audit engagement planning, including conducting preliminary surveys, identifying significant risks, and evaluating control effectiveness;
  • Assisting in the preparation of audit programs, which includes determining audit scope, time estimates, and steps necessary to collect data and document findings;

This role requires a graduate degree in Accounting or its equivalent, with at least one year of experience as an Internal Auditor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of accounting department setups and be capable of communicating complex information effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or its equivalent;
  • At least one year of experience as an Internal Auditor;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal auditing processes;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
