Program Coordinator Role

As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of brand sampling and operational programs from planning to completion.

Campaign Management Responsibilities
  • Participate in campaign kickoff meetings and ensure smooth project timelines and deliverables are met throughout the duration of the campaign.
  • Maximize CRM system utilization for all campaigns and support Connect Builder with purchasing data as needed.
  • Track recruitment progress against goals and assist Connect Builder in resolving concerns.
  • Manage creative deliverable processes, working with internal and external partners to develop high-quality materials.
  • Oversee sample shipments and delivery to fulfillment partners, maintain inventory reports, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Proactively communicate project status with internal teams and external partners.
New Business Support and Special Projects
  • Provide venue data as needed for proposal development and assist with special projects assigned by the CEO to support new business initiatives.
  • Support the CEO with administrative tasks upon request and conduct industry research as needed.
Competencies and Qualifications

Key competencies required for this role include exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.

In terms of qualifications, a degree in a related field and relevant work experience are preferred.
