Actively work project charter, document BURs of stakeholders, arrange meeting with technical partners and internal support teams, document meeting agreements, consolidate technical partner contracts, prepare project dependency and timeline, and prepare proper project documentation, and prepare sign- off for turnover. Actively participate on change management activities to ensure a controlled network and systems activities.

  • Participate on major internal and external projects where BIT is involved.
  • Lead the approved change management activities that might affect the network and systems of the company.
  • Research and develop office automation and tools to increase company productivity.
  • Participate in improvement plans and programs initiated by the Manager.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree Information Technology or any Computer-Related Course. At least 1-2 years of solid experience in Information Technology. Technical certification is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to write technical reports, business correspondence, and project charters.
  • Has a strong ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • Can lead a major IT project with minimal supervision and very resourceful.
