Transform HR Service Delivery

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive strategic transformation in our HR service delivery. The successful candidate will lead the analysis and redesign of key HR processes, enhancing efficiency, compliance, and user experience within a global services context.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, HR Operations or Business Process Improvement in a professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Workday, ServiceNow and other HR Systems and Tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management efforts including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integrations and workflow automation across all HR systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to gather input from cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Legal, Compliance, and IT.
  • Ability to work with HR data to drive decisions and track continuous improvement outcomes.
