The primary objective of the Business Analyst is to analyze current and future business environments, including systems landscapes. The ideal candidate will gather and document business and client project requirements, identify key risks and opportunities, and develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that are clear and unambiguous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business and client project requirements.
  • Analyze and document key risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's data-led strategy and its alignment with business and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to design and implement solutions that meet business and customer needs.
  • Support development, systems testing, UAT, and implementation by working closely with solution partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data systems and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., user stories, process flowcharting, requirements documentation).
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and change platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Open Project, Azure).
