Data-Driven Business Growth Specialist

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, will be essential in configuring and customizing applications to align with business processes.

Additionally, your proficiency in Power BI will enable you to design and implement data visualizations that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

• Business Analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs for enhancements of commercial applications.
  • Configure and customize the commercial application to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through data governance and management practices.
  • Develop and provide training to maximize CRM system adoption and user efficiency.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business metrics.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations.
• Strategic Planning & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM and analytics solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance lead generation, customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and Power BI features and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand skillset.
  • This role may provide support to other teams during planned weeks or on an as-needed basis.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, specifically with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Power BI with strong experience in data visualization and reporting, Power Query and DAX.
• Solid understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
• Experience with other data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) is an advantage.
