Research Insights Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented Research Insights Specialist to analyze complex data and create compelling stories that inform business decisions.

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover key trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Transform data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive marketing, communications, or business strategy.
  • Develop persuasive presentations that communicate data-driven stories with clarity and impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business questions and align analysis to their needs.
  • Identify and explore data to answer strategic questions and surface unexpected insights.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in research, insights, business analysis, or strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; you can independently analyze and visualize data.
  • Proven ability to tell compelling stories with data and tailor insights to executive and technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
