  • This role involves coordinating property inspections, maintenance, and repairs as well as preparing and managing leases, forms, and notices.
  • You will be responsible for tracking rent payments, late fees, and lease renewals, and maintaining organized digital records via Google Drive and Sheets.
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant housing laws and regulations is crucial for this position.
  • Skill in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) is essential for success in this role.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management is required for this role.
  • You must have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality is a must.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is necessary for this position.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
