About The Position:

We are hiring a full-time AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain workflow automations that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify High-Impact Processes – Interview team members across marketing, operations, customer experience, and product to pinpoint processes ripe for automation.
  • Ship Automations Fast – Develop, test, and deploy workflow automations using n8n, Python, and JavaScript for use cases like influencer sourcing, automated reporting dashboards, and internal knowledge bots.
  • Integrate Tools – Connect e-commerce platforms, APIs, and webhooks to streamline workflows.
  • Monitor & Iterate – Set up logging, alerting, and SLA checks; refine flows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Document & Train – Create concise SOPs and walkthroughs so non-technical teammates can self-serve.
  • Track ROI – Quantify hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue driven by each automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or Amazon marketplace tooling.
  • Experience building workflow automations (n8n required; Zapier/Make.com plus).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for custom nodes, API wrappers, and data transforms.
  • Solid grasp of REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook patterns.
  • Strong English communication skills; able to translate business requirements into technical specs.
  • Self-starter mindset, bias for action, comfortable working asynchronously with some overlap.
