Job Description

This is a full-time, long-term position dedicated to serving one client with 100% remote work. The role involves managing workflows, tracking case statuses, and resolving workflow issues to ensure timely task completion and maintain high operational standards.

The successful candidate will facilitate the smooth progression of client matters by monitoring and tracking the firm's legal workflow pipeline, reviewing case statuses weekly, and communicating with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to clarify task assignments and address workflow issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.

They will also be fully fluent in English and able to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a legal environment (e.g., case coordination, paralegal work, or legal operations).
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and case management processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Time management and prioritization abilities.
