As a Surveillance Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive electronic communications and voice surveillance to assist the wider team with day-to-day analysis of firm activity. This involves scrutinizing electronic communications and relevant trades to identify potential risks.

You will manage the daily/weekly volume of alerts, escalating matters of interest and following up issues to a successful conclusion. Your collaboration with local and Global Surveillance teams will focus on improving alert quality and reducing 'false positive' findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar field
  • 2+ years' experience in a compliance or regulatory role with a focus on risk detection and review, particularly market abuse and manipulation
  • Strong analytical and investigative mindset
  • High attention to detail with ability to interpret complex verbal information
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
