Job Description

This role will support the firm's internal electronic discovery services.

The ideal candidate will be based in our Manila office and report to the Practice Technology Senior Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support multiple database applications, including document review platforms and file transfer protocol workspaces.
  • Create database workspaces, manage users and user groups in e-discovery platforms, transfer data, process and load data to review platforms, run document productions, load third party data, perform data exports.
  • Become familiar with the Electronic Discovery Reference model.
  • Provide support for users, with the ability to meet strict deadlines under significant time constraints.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent customer service skills to resolve users' issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with firm personnel and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail, preferably with experience in data management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
