Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electronic circuit design.
  • Experience in embedded systems or PCB design is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of electronic components including:
  • Microcontrollers, operational amplifiers, comparators, regulators, transistors, FETs.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and understand circuit diagrams.
  • Familiarity with simulation and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, Multisim).

Other Requirements

  • Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT Level 4 or higher.
  • Ability to work in Japan for approximately 1 year.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Adaptability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
