Administrative Assistant Role at JTC Group of Companies

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at JTC Group of Companies. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our staff and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
