Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative leader to spearhead our software team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering, mentoring, and training junior team members.

This is a dynamic role requiring excellence in all aspects of software development, including coding, reviewing, deploying, and testing.

The Software Team Lead will be responsible for guiding design and architecture decisions, building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale, and leading teams and projects from inception to completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with PHP, core web apps development, MongoDB, Nest.js, Next.js, Node.js, and MySQL

Ideal candidates will have a desire to operate in a dynamic business environment and be ready to ideate creative solutions that navigate obstacles and solve problems.
