We are seeking a highly skilled software professional to join our team at Career TEAM. As a founding member, you will play a key role in shaping the team as we navigate the complex digital landscape of generative AI.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building innovative solutions using MongoDB, Next.js, Nest.js, and Node.js. You will contribute to innovation in software development through regular Scrum Ceremonies.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering;
  • 2+ years of experience developing with Node.js / MERN stack or equivalent;
  • Working experience with PHP is a strong plus;
  • 2+ years of core web apps development experience (front end & back-end);
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, effective collaboration & communication skills;
  • Exposure to VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker;
  • Experience working on multiple platforms (OS - Linux, Windows);
